Raining and got a Braai planned? No drama!

I would like you all the meet my latest kitchen related splurge. An indoor 'smokeless' grill. OK, so it isn't totally smokeless, but its much less smokey than frying up a steak in a pan, so that counts right?


OK, so in reality, it is no rival for hot coals outside, but as far as grilling inside goes, it is my preferred method for certain things. I rarely use it for steak because I sous vide (oooo, did someone say another blog?), but for lamb chops, burgers, peri peri chicken...even pineapple! The list goes on, it is fabulous! See exhibit A below, beautifully charred lamb chops that were perfectly pink in the middle. Drool.....
