Fair warning, this is another blog on how diet food can be sexy as! Case and point, look at these Korean beef lettuce cups, and if you're not drooling, you must be a robot. Or a vegetarian. Either way, this probably isn't the blog for you...


They also have the benefit of being damn easy (with a bit of ahead prep for the Kimchi). Little gem lettuce, check. Rice noodles. Yup. Miso seared steak. Oh lordy yes. Take all that, smash it together with homemade Kimchi (I LOVE Waitrose Kimchi paste, but a mix of Sriracha, sugar, fish sauce and rice wine vinegar is also a tongue tickler) and you have a lunch/dinner with every major food group that fits into your Calorie deficit lifestyle. That's catchy right? Calorie counting or not, make this, you will not regret it!
