I am an avid fan of the Assassin's Creed series, in fact, I think that Odyssey might be one of the best games I've ever played cause Kassandra is a Goddess. Origins was also incredible cause I grew up being the biggest Egypt nerd and I also love ancient Greece.
The trailer for Valhalla came out and I was like... omg, I am definitely going to need this game! Overall, I really enjoyed this game, I had a few issues with it... but overall it was a really enjoyable experience.
Things I did not enjoy:
At first, I thought Eivor was a weak character - about halfway I started enjoying her, but she was nothing in comparison to Kassandra (my opinion)
I know it was for the plot, but the relationship with Sigard annoyed me, he is such a whiney Jarl.
Things I enjoyed:
The combat was incredibly good in this game.
Exploring England was insanely cool, especially Stonehenge, I live near there so that was really cool!
Some of the side characters I loved and shipped with Eivor... to no avail, unfortunately.
I very much enjoyed having the settlement and upgrading things, I thought that was a really good touch.
The skill tree was incredible, I really enjoyed that aspect of it, really fluid.
Would I highly recommend this game to other people? Yes, I would.
Would I play it again... honestly I doubt it, I am much more likely to play Origins or Odyssey again.
