I had very few expectations when I bought this game, I knew that it was doing well in the race for awards, but I also know that sometimes those games let me down...
This game did not let me down.
I think the visuals of this game are insanely good and the story is just insane, it was one of the most surprising purchases I have ever had. I think the moment I knew it was insane was in one of the opening sequences you ride out into a grass field (I have added the link here, cause that shit is insane). I think what I loved the most about this game was that it just flowed so beautifully, there was nothing taxing like you think about how some games have some side quests that are painful, not these. From any foxes hole (and yes I loved finding those) cause you get to pet the fox when you are done! Damn son! To the awesome "legendary" gear quests, there is something for everyone in this game.
I loved how in the beginning your character Jin Sakai seems rather one dimensional, but as the game progresses you really do start to love him and the way he is. He is a very complex character, I would say that all the characters you meet are, from Lady Adachi (fave) to Kenji, they all have their story and you feel as if you have always known them.
I really don't want to spoil this game for anyone who has not had the pleasure of meeting Jin, so I won't, but let me just say... Ghost Stance = Major badass vibes.
Right go, now, play!
